tthe safari zone,mew,you donnit to have a bicycle to go to cycling road,after you save and go outside from the safari zone and then dind-dond "times out!yor safari game have finished!" then somehow you csme back to thr safari zone and a glitch city!!???

  That's a glitch. Mew can be caught only through special events. Too bad the aren't held anymore. Try trading or hacking.
