By Flying Trickster 1176910248do not do this everyday.i am a bodybuilder trust me i know. you cannot work out the same muscle group until at least 3 days later because the muscle is stil repairing itself from the previous workout. you repair muscle tissues in your sleep and if u tear muscle tissues that are already teared up, you will go into a catabolic state and get a little smaller
By Rodrigo332 1180630782The excersises are good but the one thing you might want to change if you are trying to loose weight is to do the excercises in the morning before breakfast, its when your body has a really low level of blood sugar. This forces your body to metabolize fat for the energy for the workout. The trick is to get nutrition into your body after the workout to prevent your body breaking down other muscles to replenish the ones you just used.

By Kevdog123 1181800126but this is amatuer stuff, if that. all u are training is t-shirt muscles (e.g. the ones that look good) and this will lead to muscular imbalances and injury. If you do do this workout though, do not do it before you go to bed, this is possibly the worst time for any kind of exercise as your body will go catabolic ( muscle wasting) overnight
By shizzlebizzle 1178644053I didnt say you would be a bodybuilder doing this. Its to get in shape, lose weight and have some muscles at least. And sleeping after training, thats not something bad. I dont know where you got that from. But i have read many places before i started training myself, and while asleep the muscles can relax and advance better.

By scarfaceQ8 1178202111Yes, if you keep doing this as much as you can, like every night before you sleep. You can lose weight. I've heard of alot of friends and other people using this, telling me they have lost weight. Some lost 3 pounds in 2 weeks. Some more, some less. Depends on yourself. Keep training.
