    All private servers break Blizz's ToS so it is not legal. the ToS states that it is illegal to priduce or use software that is deisgned for emulation in wich all these servers do. and the reason it is a beta site as even with Private servers there isnt a fully built and stable build of BC. Just pay the monthly fee ffs it aint that much!
