      the rubber band should help u to save lot of energy
      when opening a lid.. you should try again..(of course you have to use some energy to open it, the lid won't be opened by itself :D)

    Good idea and it does work.
    Another thing you can do is to bang it in an angle lid first ofcourse on the desk as it will help release vaccum and get some air in to it its easier just dont smash to hard unless you wanna pick up everything..

    • which way is faster and more convenient?

      1) so you think wearing on and off gloves would be faster than putting on rubber band ?
      2) Sometime you hands not only were wet, But also your OIL~! and then would u wash your hands with soap. and dry them while opening a lid?
      3) rubber band can protect your band from the friction of the surface of lid (eg, a coke lid)
      so using rubber band can help u a lot...
