Pretty Amazing
You know it's pretty amazing. i thought that your exercises would be difficult and unusual. But as a studen and instructor of Kung Fu I was VERY surprised to find out that we do many of the same workout as you, however, there is a lot to what you do that could really make me and my class that much better. I thank you for sharing your knowledge and experience with us. I will begin to integrate those workouts into my classes for my students. I'll have my 300 yet. :) Well done and BRAVO!!
