These are greenlandic police officers, i think this one is in Nuuk (Capital). Denmark own Police forces in Greenland, thats why they have danish uniforms. Anyway a man is resisting arrest, what a idiot, his smiling, and police officers try to arrest him WITHOUT HANDCUFFS. LOL
