this is not a wilderbeast idiots that was a cape buffalo calf, and the lion is lucky to have survived because no single lion male or female can bring down a healthy cape buffalo, check out videos here, there are many of adult lions being easily killed by these 2,000 pound animals, they have absolutely zero ferar of lions.

This clip! I watched the documentary and the lioness got horned deep in her flesh and the gap was nasty. As I remember she did not last long, because the wound would not heal and she lost a lot of blood. She started getting really weak especially because she could not hunt anymore. Running would hurt a lot. She ended up starving to death and eaten by hyenas. Pretty sad but it's just nature. One day you hunt, the other you are hunted!
