i'd say , judging by the lightning , that is a stormwater drain ... NOT sewage !! that would explain the enormous pressure behind it .

  As much as we would like to beleive all the hype, it is hidden beneith the streets and does the raw sewage and rainwater reall stay separate? Do you trust them to do so??
  
  What I want to know is why all those people kept driving through the volcano????

great help from strangers
this video just shows the willing helpers the USA residents are, i thought it was great how every one stopped and tried to be of asistance to the situation. And it was good to see drivers slow down and stop before this water obstacle as every one knows driving with speed through water will can damage your vehicle.
