Computerized Wooden Mirror

This “Computerized Wooden Mirror” is the work of designer / builder Daniel Rozin. Check out some of his other work at smoothware (dot) com (slash) danny (slash). He has some other interesting work. This one consists of 830 wooden squares, or pixels. It is lit from above so when you look at it, depending on the angle of the wooden pixel, you will get light or shaded areas. Rozin calls this type of mirror “Interactive Art.”

In the end of the clip you see a small camera which transfers the image to the computer . Than the computer sendsthe signals to the wooden plates or pixels That's why the mirror image has a little time delay.Nice work and pretty inventive
