Couple of thing could be real but separate from the reality.
I beleive in rapture cause i'm a born again christian but this short clip was simply a compilation of dramatic events .

the upside down croos is a representation of st peter as he chose to be crucified upside down, walk into any st peter church and you will see it.
as for the twisted cross he holds, this was belived to be carved from the acutal cross that jesus himself was crucified on.

i like your theory about the organisation but dont believe the fact that the catholic church is in on it. Its a religion that sates its a sin to follow the earthly desires so this cannot be true.... And as for the cross its a sign against evil and satan
