The Driver of the Black Suzuki had just been involved in a minor traffic accident. However he decides to leave the seen by first ramming cars in front of him and then reverses at full speed onto a pavement, knocking down a road sign, hitting a shop and narrowly missing a pedestrian. The video shows the latter half of this incident and after driving away his whole rear bumper section fell off, including his licence plate - later collected by the police.
