Ibo Show on Star TV (Turkish)
The people in the video are Turkish, not Arab. The show is called Ibo Show and it used to air on Star TV. The girl dancing was from the audience and she was imitating the regular belly dancer from the show, Asena, who is shown in the bottom left window.
