If you don't get how this is done then all I can do is point you to the fact the milk keeps on getting lighter and lighter as it goes from glass to glass, that should help you out

glasses fill up too quick
cup is only hallow around the sides of the glasses
center of cups are solid.

  obviously you can see that it fills fast and if you look closely you can see it splash a bit off the tops of the inner area and when he pours it again you'll see two seperate streams, again very slight. Lastly the tint changes because the middle has water in it and that is why he pours so crappy and close to the edge to avoid splash and giving it away.

  its definately divided into two sections, one really thin section is around the outside of each cup. if you notice, he first pours the milk into this section then when the section fills up he finishes it off with the middle section. the reason the milk gets more clear is because the thin sections get thinner.
