This movie was shot in Vietnam at a snake Restaurant. Once they decapitate the snake (with scissors), they use the extracted blood to mix with wine. This way, the mixture could simply be taken as a shot.

They would then grab the heart and gal bladder from the snake's body
and leave it on the table for display. The snakes heart remains beating for 30-40 minutes.

Then we ate it! Muhahahha.
