PS:THE PLASTIC CARD THAT I USED IS A REGULAR CREDIT CARD.its not a special card...
- with this project you ll not only boost up the signal rate but also you ll find alot of more wifis around you.If you are sad that you dont have a usb wifi than show in ;) I could maximum find a number of 2 wifis and with that alu disc I can find minimum 5-6 wifis,and its also attached to the notebook very simple and good :) have fun and if it works,say a thanks ;) thats enough:)

  Basically it's any firm thick-ish plastic to hold the aerial in place, Anything metalic could short out something inside the slot.
  
  However not many wireless networkers just plug in and go, They actually have password protection on their excess.
