  • Does not handle like european cars? Bull...

    I have owned many supercars in my life and this one is the best yet. It handles just as good if not better than any euro car and out runs any that I have owned in the past. By the way, it's 505 hp to the rear wheels.

      You're full of it dude. No one who's owned "many super cars" would defend the corvette over Ferrari or Porsche. It's a nice looking VERY fast car but thats it. Quality is crap, the suspension is crap and the interior is as exciting as a Chevy Cobalt. It's a fast, good looking POS.

      Gadumah you must be joking! Have you really owned anything besides a minivan? I have put 95,000 miles on my Vette and have had no problems with it at all. I abuse the car like I stole it. It will out handle damn near anything on the road today and its not a Z-06. Ferrari 430 - $200,000. Corvette Z-06 - $65,000. No comparison on the track or the street.

    CRAP!!

    But this one us built for the Nurburgring and you can definitely see it. Previous Corvettes, in my opinion, are nothing more than piles of S**t on four wheels, but I do like the Z06.

    I would still rather have BMW though.

    I'm also unimpressed by most US cars, but for the $$$ and target market they are not bad. This Corvette seems to have put some real performance into it - though with the same blah GM touches - and I do hope to drive one some day. Can this guy drive, though? He can't even take a track corner without trying to 'drift' the car - let it stick, buddy! OH, and I'm glad he finally has something good to say about Americans! ;)
