Being a commercial in this day and age I have to say that it is all special effects. Two Reasons: Quicksilver would get the crap sued out of them by the Greenpeace types for killing a bunch of fish. Two: Quicksilver is more enviromentaly friendly than that being that thier whole business is marketed to the surfers.
