video explanation
the video is from a tv show called monster garage on the discovery channel. the point of the show is to turn a regular car into something abstract (i.e. making a car into a lawnmower) and then putting it to the test with a real lawnmower (the ones you sit on). if the car does a better job than the real lawnmower then you win the prize. In this case, the car failed at doing what it was supposed to do, causing them to fail the challenge, making the car useless.

Is indeed an overrated punkass who isn't even funny or half as cool as he thinks he is. He thinks he's all that, destroying brand new cars and turning them into absolute trash. Even the ones that work right are still useless for going on the road. He trashed a Rolls Royce once and turned it into a honeywagon.   Dick deep in empty cartridges. Car&Driver or Road&Track did a article on this vehicle a lond time ago. It's used by the Secret Service and other government entities for VIP protection. Spent cartridges is directed into the truck. The suburban has a huge power sunroof and the gun is built on a hydraulic lift turrent. I'm pretty sure this clip was done with many takes, not just camera angles because empty cartridges would be coming out the sunroof for the length of this clip.

Jesse James attempted to turn a car into a dune buggy, hence the paddle tire in the rear. It was a failure, and so he decided to destroy it. Look for the longer version. If it isn't on here, I will post it.
