This is probably my favourite video from the Gym Jones collection..here you'll witness a truly stamina tearing workout..the last half of this video isnt seen..but Mark Twight (gym owner and founder) and his team mate beat the guys shown here. Mark Twight was personal trainer to the 300 film..he invented the '300 workout'
