Charles LeRoy is the Worldwide Director of Business Development for i3 Software. i3 provides service assurance, and provides customized implementation and integration services. They asses a customer’s pain points and develops a solution that allows them to perform more efficiently. IBM’s Business Automation suite of tools, particularly Netcool, allows them to discover, and visualize what they have, help customers control their services through a centralized management system and, of course, automate as much as possible so that they don’t need as many people doing repetitive tasks.
