If you carefully watch the video again, just before the throw..
The man originally has has right leg back (good balanced position and normal fighting stance).
He has a great advantage over the lady, no way can the lady throw him here.
However, a second later the man deliberately moves his right leg forward so it will be aligned with this left leg to position for the throw. This puts him way off balance and gives full advantage to the lady. No one.. No one will align their legs like that when they have that advantage (unless they plan it or if they want to fall on their arse). Try it with your buddies, grab someones head and have him try to escape. One leg will always be forward.
The actual throw however isn't fake boys and girls, and well executed.
I rest my case.
