It's a measure of deterance. The issue of financing for the machine isn't really an issue at all. Knowing I have one of these beauties in the air defending our skies and able to dog fight better than anything else is reassuring at best.
Take the money wasted on other nations who don't want a democratic way of life and spend it on recovering the south from Katrina... but then again.. there's no money in recovery is there?
oh well.

Five Stars for Camera handling! I've been to many airshows and i know how hard it is to keep the camera zoomed in and steady on a jet.
