You'd say to drift a car around a corner without clearing the road is a responsible way of using cars & roads, huh?

They are noobs that don't know how to drive, and got a good lesson in how NOT to do that corner.

whoever was in the right front seat was partially ejected and ended up under the car. This appears to be a stunt gone wrong because of stupidity. Why would someone happen to be filming when this occurred?

That not all rice burners are created equal. When I was younger we did all we could to prevent a car from getting loose. These punks now do not know how to drive so they create their own quasi- motorsport ("drifting"). That's like calling a puke partying.
