  • This is a very lousy trick.

    First the Japanese long bow is a joke. If you know the Korean bow which is so much smaller yet trigers tremendous power. The guy wouldn't be able to catch it if the Korean bow was used instead. People tend to think long bows have more power.
    Second, the guy stands right before the target with his right arm right near the target. This narrows the chance to catch the arrow with shortest amount of time to reach it. Third, the guy does NOT focus on catching the arrow but watches for the shooter instead. Then he simply moves his arm to grab it as soon as the other man releases the arrow.
