Wizard's mind bomb: 3gp, Falador pub
Silk: 3 gp, Al-Kharid
Unfired bowl: Craft from a soft clay
Planks: Lvl 17 wildness in graveyard / Buy from G. E.
Steel nails: 34 smithing to smith from 6 steel bars / Buy from G. E.
Hammer: 13gp, general store
2000 / 12000 gp

To start off, you need 33 quest points, then go to Champions' guild (southwest of Varrock) speak to the master inside, go through EVERY chat options, then meet Oziach at Edgeville. Here comes the quest : Slay Elvarg the Dragon !
