      If it really was making power out of nothing the guy who invented it would be the most famous person in the science comunity. the only reason it says spinning is there is little friction. if you don't belive me go to a toy store buy one take it home spin it and watch if for like 60 seconds and it will stop.

      It has no spinning power, the hand starts the spin, it just keeps spinning because there is very little friction.
