    the thing about the used grease at restaurants is that most of them have to pay to have their used grease removed about $250 per load i'm not sure on the exact size of the quanity but it is pretty large any restaurateur would be happy to give it to you or actually have you charge them much less than another company would the only problem would be how to store all the grease from a busy restaurant

      Well, grease is grease. I would assume little,if no filtering is necessary with unused oil. But is there any point to buying new and processing it,cost-wise?
