    • Guess

      Re-watching and concentrate then guessing.
This assassination was a political assassination to get rid of Sadat, and in the interest of several internal and external parties.
One of external parties was an Arabic country.
Burned card, internal parties considered Sadat like that.

    • It was not religion

They hid behind religion and hide the true purposes, this assassination was a political assassination to get rid of Sadat, and in the interest of several internal and external parties.

  • Salam from Kuwait.

Sadat was a true leader. I think the arab world would be much stronger today if he wasn't killed. We won't forget him.

    • Regards from Egypt

I imagine if Mr. Yaser Arafat set with him on the table of negotiation, I think that Palestinian were more better in case than today. Any way, the Arab countries could be strong if they forget their private benefits, but all of them are living in coma.

  • We Know who killed him

It was Islamic extremist led by Al-zawahiri and he pre-al queda group of thugs. In fact he still wants to kill Mubaric and turn Egypt into a Taliban type state.
Sadat was a moderate and worked closely with the US and other western societies and was trying to keep Egypt at the forefront of technology and commerce. They had tried to kill him before and failed. Zawahiri recently bashed Egypt in one of his video rants about 6 months ago. He is from Egypt, but Sadat booted his ass out and he has been pissed ever since.
