THUMBS UP FOR: Jon’s super nutrient dense turkey veggie chili (The Bomb… Literally) – Guaranteed to blow something up!
Ingredients:
40 oz 99% lean ground turkey
15 ish Roma Tomatoes
2 Serrano Peppers
3-5 Garlic cloves
2 Red Bell Peppers
2 Green Bell Peppers
1 Tablespoon of Chili pepper, crushed red pepper, and Cayenne Pepper
Hand full of Kale
1 Large 1lb can of light red kidney beans
1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of pepper
Some Cholula or other hot sauce… your preference 

This is one of the recipes that Cari and I make on the weekends to make sure we have something healthy throughout the week to eat. It easily stores in Tupperware or Corningware, and quickly heats up to provide a healthy yummy meal… especially for those cold winter days! The addition of Kale to this mix of colorful vegetables adds even more nutrients to the meal.
