Holy chainsaw guns, we've got a ton of news for you today! More details creeped out about Elder Scrolls Skyrim, including some promising news about NPC intelligence and wooly fucking mammoths, we finally got a date (March 25th in UK, March 27th in USA) and a price ($250) for the 3DS, AND Final Fantasy XIII-2 got officially announced and trailer'd. Furthermore, we figured out why Portal 2 on PS3 is the best version, shifted our rant-gammaray from CliffyB to David Cage, and laughed about Germany censoring Dead Space 2. Yes, there was a lot to talk about today folks, but not so much that we didn't get to bask in the glory of your voicemails (that number again is 775-55-DTOID). Also, we're doing a livestream on Monday! Let us know in the comments what games you want us to chat about.
Want to try K-Cup style coffee making without buying an entire machine? Those machines can be expensive, and you might have a need for the higher capacity of a regular drip coffeemaker on occasion. That's the thinking behind the K-pod, a project on Kickstarter that proposes an insert for a regular coffee maker that uses K-Cups to make your coffee or tea one cup at a time. It even has a dial that allows you to choose how strong you want your brew! http://kck.st/Nszdur
Ever wish for a tablet stand that's easy to carry with you and can even slip into your pocket? We got our hands on a 3D-printed prototype of the Plinth, now on Kickstarter, and it looks like it might just be the solution to that particular problem. It folds down flat and at the touch of a button (one-handed operation!) it can go to one of three different viewing angles. The backing level on Kickstarter that will put one of these in your hands is £18 (about $30 USD). http://kck.st/1coiW57
