A live comparision for both of Conventional Wind Turbine and Hi-Energy Vertical Axis Wind Turbine under wind speed 4m/s.
You can tell from the video, the background noise comes from wind keep hitting the microphone of camera. As soon as the Horzontial Axis Wind Turbine start to spin, the high frequency noise appears which people cannot live with it. Also, on the left hand side, there is a big building cause the turbluence effect which stop the old type turine spinning.
