It is actually a packet from the MRE,
Meal Ready to Eat from the Military. The powder comes in these small packets. You put these packets in plastic bag and add lil water. From there you can heat up all kind of things like food or coffee when there is no fire or any heat source. But in this case i took the powder out and dump it in the water. Kool stuffs.
