    SWAT teams are supposed to be highly trained, but its obvious from this video that these guys are morons. they are firing through the windows of the vehicle in the direction of the camera man and several other officers (who shouldn't be on the opposite side from the SWAT team), they're lucky they didn't kill one or more of their own men

      it coulda hit the cop in front of the cameraman who ducked for the car when his buddies started firing and it coulda shot into the houses on the side hitting civilians.

      the suspected stopped his car, he only started driving off after the cops started trying to take his life, if i were in his shoes, i would hit the gas pedal too! if i just sat there, the cops would have shot me dead even if they did have bad aim! its pathetic to see how the drug dealer would have been killed for actually surrendering and he only survived after scattering the cops and crashing.

      every SWAT takedown is planned b4 it happens. but these guys didnt have a chance to get in position and get organized. they kind of had to improvise. the SWAT officers were on opposite sides from each other because some some ran left and some ran right to avoid getting run over. and it was either fire at the vehicle or risk letting him escape. so theyre not idiots. id give that takedown a B

      Every SWAT assignment is planned before executed.
      I counted 5 SWAT's shooting into the vehicle that was driving past them. They showed disregard for the safety of their colleagues and the public. With blacked-out windows the police could not see if anybody else was in the vehicle, and at this point only the driver had committed assualt with a deadly weapon. There would be some pissed off officers back at the station after this event

    Good video by the submitter ! Unbelievable on the part of the officers. I am amazed that none of the officers or bystanders didn't get hit with all the cross fire. Good training video as to what not to do.
    I thought the bullet / vehicle statement was a little funny and an excuse for poor marksmanship. The statement is somewhat true , but some of these officers appeared to be using MP5's. That's poor shooting and very scary! I don't think I will be going through Marion County anytime soon.

    A cop can fire on a vehicle that has come at HIM...that doesn't mean everybody else that shows up can start shooting indiscriminately at him several moments later, when he's trying to surrender.

    Unless there's some other aspect that was missed when the cameraman moved out of the way, it looks like a case of contagious shooting...someone lets one off for the wrong reason, suddenly everybody's firing without knowing why...
