XP trick, I will show you how to set wall paper in any folder you want.
I made it on c: but if you chose different place change path. more...

iconarea_image="path to folder with photo"
ex.
if you want do it in program files
path should be C: Program Files "name of your photo".jpg
then put desktop.ini and image together to program files, etc

i see that slash backslash dont work..
so remember about it after c: and between program files and "name of your photo".jpg

  it works in all folders in XP and it will work on partitioned HD too ... show your hidden files, add the text this guy gave you to the .ini file but make sure you add the full path to where you put your image i.e. C:users
  obertdocumentsur image name.jpg and if it's tiling on you and it's a prob. try a image at the same as ur screen res.
