    I can't quit watching this clip. It's too funny. The drunk was so cocky with no respect for authority. I doubt his parents ever disciplined him as a kid. "I ain't taking your P***y ass test." "You guys are always F**king with people." "Don't pull your caca on me." "Don't F**k with me!" And the bull head kept getting up to get tazed again. Finally he admittd, "You hammered me." Then he claimed he wasn't able to put his hands behind his back. The cop should have tazed him again!

      Cops are required to get tazed before they are allowed to carry one they know exactly how it feels and that after the 3-5 sec. burst you regain control of your motor skills. The guy was just too damn drunk to get it through his head.

    Some of you may have noticed from my comments on other vids that I'm against taser use. But this is textbook: the guy didn't obey, then attacked the officer in a hand-to-hand battle. The officer still tried to overpower him manually, but when the guy made a move to the car, he had to taser him.

    Now, hitting him 5 times, eh... maybe a big much. At least he didn't keep going after the guy said "I can't move".

      Do you have any sense of self responsibility? If an officer tells you to do anything, you do it, without question. If in hindsight you feel you were mistreated, then file the complaint and take action. You're probably the type of person that would sue a department store because you stubbed your toe on a pole or something.

      I said "this is good use of the taser". What does this have to do with my self responsibility? If a cop tells me to do something, I do it. But we aren't talking about me, we are talking about when it is appropriate for a cop to use a taser.
