Today I am doing a Lot Line Adjustment. A Lot Line Adjustment is the process of splitting a large parcel of land (for example 180 acres) into smaller parcels of land (for example into 9-20 acre parcels). The benefit of doing a Lot Line Adjustment is that it makes you property for valuable. If you have 9-20 acre parcels, it is worth more than 1-180 acre parcel. Also you could sell off the 20 acre parcels one at a time. So in essence a Lot Line Adjustment can increase the value of your property.
