Who's To Blame

  • This is what I love about America

everone wants to pin the blame on someone else and not take responsibility for their own actions. Let's find a scapegoat so we don't look bad. She was dumb enough to do it, so she deserves the Darwin award. I have no sypmpathy for this kind of stupidity, and it makes you wonder how this kind of stuff makes national news.

  • People kill themselfs for $$$$

This is America, the land of the free! If one chose to kill herself for some $$$, go ahead, nobody will stop you. Same with drugs, alcohol and cigarettes.
She could stot at the first signs of water intoxication, but she refused to do that for few dollars. God be with her! Too bad for the people let behind.
Nobody should suffer more for her stupidness.

  • I agree with this video

I agree that though these DJs were very stupid and irresponsible in their actions, you can't blame them for all of it. Its not like they were holding a gun to someone's head to make them drink all the water, they could have quit at anytime.

  • My opinion is :

If somenone signs a release form , a legal document for that matter , this does not substract the responsibility from someone else who willfully or unwilfully commits a crime . The djs KNEW what were the POSSIBILITIES of their acts and they did not do something to lessen the possibilities of a "crime" being committed .....
I parallelize this case with the one in Germany where the guy-killer , killed and maimed someone else as part of their sexual orientation . Even when the other guy went into this act in his own will , the courts decided STILL COMMITTED THE MURDERER TO JAIL !!!!!

    This is my opinion ....
