In soccer, as long as the ball passes the line, it counts as a goal, instead of having to hit the ground to count as out of bounds in basketball

The ball goes inside, but thats not what the refery decided! he really decided that the guy who puted the ball inside made a foul! and thats why it isn't goal!...
