This pineapple season, let us savour the taste of one of the world's finest mocktails "Pina Colada". Pina Colada means "Strained Pineapple" in Spanish. The most commonly referred Pina Colada is a cocktail made of rum, pineapple and coconut milk. It is the Official beverage of Puerto Rico since 1978.

Our recipe is a non-alcoholic version of Pina Colada wherein we transplant the Rum with an aerated drink.

The ingredients needed for this 2 min recipe are

Ingredients

Pineapple Crush - 2tbsp

Coconut Milk - 1 tbsp

Vanilla Ice Cream - 2 scoops

Sprite or 7UP - 500ml

Crushed Ice - As much as needed

Method

In a jug , add all the above ingredients and blend it thoroughly.

Pour it into a glass and top it with a pineapple. Serve it to unexpected guests and enjoy the response.
