The Xtreme Fighting Association is the world's most exciting stand up, combat style martial arts association, bringing you the most electrifying fight events possible. The XFA is an association of the top martial arts executives, managers, promoters, coaches, trainers and fighters in the world.

Matches consist of three four-minute rounds, with five rounds for championship bouts, fought inside a boxing ring.


Men's weight classes:

Bantamweight ............................. to 135 lbs.
Featherweight ............................. over 135 to 145 lbs.
Lightweight ................................ over 145 to 155 lbs.
Welterweight .............................. over 155 to 170 lbs.
Middleweight .............................. over 170 to 185 lbs.
Light Heavyweight ....................... over 185 to 205 lbs.
Heavyweight ............................... over 205 to 265 lbs.
Super Heavyweight ...................... over 265 lbs
Women's weight classes:

Flyweight ................................... to 105 lbs.
Bantamweight ............................. over 105 to 115 lbs.
Featherweight ............................. over 115 to 125 lbs.
Lightweight ................................ over 125 to 135 lbs.
Welterweight .............................. over 135 to 145 lbs.
Middleweight .............................. over 145 to 155 lbs.
Light Heavyweight ....................... over 155 to 170 lbs.
Heavyweight ............................... over 170 lbs.


The XFA rules prohibit: striking a downed opponent, head-butting, groin strikes, eye-gouging, strikes to the spine or back of the head. Fights are won by a Knockout, TKO (as determined by referee), or if no Knockout or TKO, as decided by the judges, based on a fighters' overall performance. There is no point system, which encourages the fighters to go all out.
