Well, this is the secret ending video from Kindom Hearts II Final Mix +.

The three armored characters seen, formally called either Chasers or Soldiers are Ven (the Sora/Roxas looking one), Aqua (the blue-haired female), and Terra (the Xenahort/Axel looking one).

There are actually 4 chasers
That nobody, heartless guy is also a chaser.
The story is 2 chasers went down the road of light and 2 down the road of darkness, but one of the chasers that went down the road of darkness came back through the road to twilight.
Aqua represents Kiari, Terra-Riku, Roxas-Sora, and the bald guy is the true Xenahort, this fight is before the actual game, trapped in time, Xenahort wakes of in Radiant Garden after he loses this fight.
