As for Road side IED's, If the American Military had the propper equipment; Electronic Counter Measures (ECM) then there would be far less fatalities. Again, If the Americans got out of their vehicles every once in a while without beating on inocent civillians then they'd maybe get some Int on who is attacking them.. Hearts and Minds. It works!

cowards the are keeping our casualty rate lower than any other military operation of this scale in our history.
