and learn more about it.. like trying it.. or something, before jumping to conclusions...
..if you need your teeth whitened more than that, you really need to just deal with it, or change your lifestyle if it bothers you so much...

I have heard about this since I was a kid. it does whiten your teeth but it might also leave scratch mark on them. Besides, when is putting ash in your mouth hygenic?
