The 13th annual Independent Games Festival, a celebration and encouragement towards the independent developers within the gaming industry, is running its course this week. We thought it'd be fun to reminisce about last year's winners!

Pocketwatch Games, responsible for Monaco, was awarded the Seamus McNally Grand Prize for Excellence in Design at the previous IGF. Andy Schatz, founder of Pocketwatch, talks about his inspiration for the game as well as the focus on four player cooperative gameplay.
