is it the laptop still portable?
nice idea thou i think the reason people use Laptop is for the reason of portability. if i use this water cooler system for my laptop, i dont think it's a good idea. (imagine if you are using your laptop water cooler for presentation of your company profile, I think your client will give u a strange smile)

Looks cool, consider adding screws to those tubes to make it more portable, and also, some plastic/etc to prevent any moisture or water getting in from the opening made by that piece there
