    Wow, all u americans ask what to eat. Well all we Norwegians know what to eat :p Sorry to say it, no offence.

    U got to eat light food! Lots of salads, eggs (raw or boiled), en chicken without bones. filèt or something ;p
    And most important! ALLOT OF WATER!
    2 - 6 liters per day! And drink while training. If ur body runs out of fluids the training will be lost. Like masturbating without cuming if that helps u understand ;)

    but of course u can eat other stuff to, just keep away from the sweet stuff ( :/ )
