the song is called doo wah diddy and is performed by a 60's band called Manfred Mann. they also did the later 70's song called Blinded by the Light

that is natural for that goat to do that, they are actually called the fainting goat, it is'nt even narcolespy per say it is in the breed they all do it and it's completely harmless to them.
