This recipe was great! I am just a beginner cook so I wanted something that would be fairly easy to make. And by beginner, I mean I didn't even know how to peel garlic cloves. lol. But once I figured that out, I managed to make this dish for the first time and it was AWESOME! I loved it and I had other people try it and they loved it, too! I was very proud of it, because that's the first thing that came out soooo good the first time I made it. So thanks for the recipe and the extra tips (like covering the pan with a plate)!!
