      There are many type: there are filters that only mix air and water, others that also riduct water's flow. Others also regulated flow (= no more of flow of...).
      Unfortunatly they look like identical from the outside. For example look this page:

      I hate it the way people are fooled by governments of this world that they can save the planet the planet is comming out of an ice age no amount of taxation will stop that.
      the main reason governments saying we have to save fossil fuels is so they can run their huge cars and fly round the world without us mere mortals getting in their way
      Also of course its good fro taxation and gives the media something else to scare you with
