This tut. will show you how you can make any photo into a paint like image with Adobe Photoshop. Detail how to do this Open any Photo, then Image>Adjustments>Shadow/Highlight (set shadow to 100% & Highlights to 0%) , then Filter>Stylize>Find Edges, then Edit>Fade Find Eges (Set mode to Luminosity and Opacity between 20-35) And There you have it an image that looks painted.
